By purchasing the Sponsored Event Listing on Style Events ("Service"), the customer ("You") agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Listing Duration: The Sponsored Event Listing is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the listing will be automatically removed unless renewed by the customer.
2. Venue-Specific: Each Sponsored Event Listing purchase is applicable for one venue only. Multiple venues will require individual purchases for each.
3. Content: All information provided for the listing must be accurate, lawful, and appropriate. Style Events reserves the right to edit or refuse content that is misleading, inappropriate, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Positioning & Visibility: While the Sponsored Event Listing ensures prominent positioning, Style Events does not guarantee specific placement on the website or a fixed number of views or clicks.
5. Renewal & Expiry: It is the responsibility of the customer to renew their Sponsored Event Listing after the 12-month period. Style Events will endeavor to send a reminder prior to the expiry date but is not liable for any lapses in the listing due to non-renewal.
6. Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds or credits will not be provided for listings that are removed due to a breach of these terms or any other reason.
7. Intellectual Property: By submitting content for the Sponsored Event Listing, you grant Style Events a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, edit, or modify that content for the purpose of the listing and any promotional activities related to Style Events.
8. Termination: Style Events reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Sponsored Event Listing at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms, inappropriate content, or technical issues. In case of termination due to a breach of terms, no refund will be provided.
9. Changes to Terms: Style Events reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publishing on the website. It is the customer's responsibility to check for updates regularly.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Sponsored Event Listing will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
